Customers must select product quantities, variants, and preferences before proceeding to WhatsApp, where the final order will be confirmed and processed. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Avira Organics.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We currently accept UPI payments only. Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp during order confirmation. Orders are processed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shippeds within 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and logistics partners. Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹1000. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details on shipping charges and timelines.

6. Return and Refund Policy

We currently do not accept product returns due to the perishable and consumable nature of our items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution where applicable.
